Here is a gallery of the latest versions of my astro photos. My goal for this hobby is to get "good" pictures of the most common Deep Space Objects (DSOs). While it was relatively quick to capture some initial pictures (late 2020, early 2021), my optimism was quickly tempered. I now know that I have a long way to go. Improving beyond that first set is a painfully slow, iterative process of minor improvements from expanded knowledge, better technique, additional equipment, and lots and lots of patience. Getting to my original goal will likely take years (and lots more $ of equipment). But for now, it is fun and I am still making visible progress, so onward...
